No hidden prices, no vague promises. Here is exactly how a job runs with Maskil Studio — what you pay, when, what you get, and the lines we will not cross.
Quotes & deposits
Written quotes, fair deposits
- Every job is quoted in writing first — itemised, no surprises.
- Under GHS 1,500: paid in full to begin.
- GHS 1,500–10,000: 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery.
- Larger projects and retainers are staged (e.g. 40/30/30) and agreed up front.
- Local CBOs: 70% upfront. NGOs/ministries: against a confirmed purchase order.
Revisions
Two rounds, included
- Every project includes two revision rounds against the agreed brief.
- A revision means improving wording, emphasis, structure or fit — not a new brief.
- Funeral materials get extra care: small fixes (a name, a date, a photo) are always free.
- Further rounds beyond two are quoted as a small add-on.
Turnaround
Honest timelines, real rush options
- CVs and short documents: 3–4 days standard.
- Funeral materials: designed within 2–3 days; urgent funerals handled same-day where possible.
- Business plans, grants and reports: 1–4 weeks by scope.
- Rush surcharges: +30% for ≤48 hours, +60% same-day, +100% for funeral emergencies.
Payments
Pay the way that suits you
- Local: MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and card via Paystack.
- Diaspora: card and bank transfer in USD/GBP — quoted and invoiced in your currency.
- Official government fees (for e-gov help) are always itemised separately from our assistance fee.
- A receipt is issued for every payment.
Refunds
Fair, and stated plainly
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
- If we miss an agreed deadline through our own fault, your deposit is refunded less work already done.
- Funeral materials: no refund after the first proof is delivered, given the time pressure.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days via your original payment method.

Government & e-gov help
We are not agents of any government agency. We provide typing, printing and internet-assistance services only. You remain the applicant at every step.
We charge for typing, form preparation and teaching you the portal — never for “getting” a passport, placement or card, and we do not assist non-Ghanaians with passports or the Ghana Card.
Academic work
We edit, format and reference your own writing, and we issue a certificate of editing. We do not write theses, assignments, exam answers or original chapters — that is cheating, and we refuse it.
In every document, we never invent facts, numbers or credentials.
